1.The transport of your package
1a.Transport via colissimo recommandé
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo followed for France and Colissimo followed with signature for European shipments. As soon as possible, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
1b.Home delivery (only for intramural Paris)
Packages are generally delivered the next day (except non-working days or holidays).
The cities concerned by home delivery are:
-Paris and all its districts; Montreuil; Vincennes; Saint-Mandé; Charenton le Pont; Bagnolet; Les Lilas; Pantin; Bobigny; Aubervilliers; Saint-Ouen; Clichy; Levallois Perret; Neuilly sur Seine and Boulogne Billancourt.
To benefit from home delivery, a minimum of one kilo of boutarga is required.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
3.Returns
A right of withdrawal of 14 days is applicable from the receipt of your order for canned goods, on the other hand for the Boutargue category no withdrawal period is possible after shipment of the package. Indeed in application of the precautionary principle, and to guarantee the safety of this perishable food product, we cannot take back a product which is no longer under our control. Each customer can however cancel his order until the order is sent.
